23 Harold Street Matraville recently sold at Auction for a fantastic $2,410,000 achieving $250,000 over the set reserve.
Selling agents Josh Ellison & Matt Power marketed the property via an Auction campaign to which saw an impressive 217 buyer enquiries accompanied by over 80 individual buyer inspections. The property was marketed with an Auction Guide of $1,900,000 to which proved to be well-received amongst a wide buying group.
The Auction presented with 11 registered parties, and had a number of these actively bidding on the floor. “It seems most of the interest from 8 of the 11 groups fell off in excess of $2,100,000 and 3 groups went back and forth to reach $2,410,000” Josh Ellison stated.
The successful purchaser was upsizing from their Maroubra Beach apartment, whilst the sellers are relocating out of Sydney to acreage outside Goulburn.
